"Discover your Flow" is designed for those who want to take a closer look at simple and advanced alignment within the vinyasa flow. Becca Pati will slow down the sequencing to encourage a more mindful exploration of the body within each pose. Each posture will have key structural components to make it easier and safer for our bodies to flow and transition, so we can avoid injury. The class will start off slow and methodical and then gently increase its tempo. The last portion of the class will be a full flow, incorporating all the principles we have just learned. This class is for those who are already familiar with yoga postures, but who want to explore alignment to help them be more fluid and mindful in the flow.
