Jane's Oneness Yoga -JOY- is a method of yoga practice incorporating accessible techniques with the intention of living a happy life inside and out; on and off of the mat. Using classic yoga posture sequencing, we open the body and lines of energy; using breath and mental focus, we hone our awareness to each moment as it arises and using relaxation techniques, we drop into our deepest connection to the source of well-being.
JOY is intended to create space in all aspects of the self, to receive exactly what you need to feel optimally strong, healthy, powerful and move through life with a sense of ease and peace of mind.
The Practice JOY workshop will include:
-One-hour All-Levels posture sequence
-Discussion/Experience to apply JOY into daily living
Practice JOY is designed to meet the needs of all individuals regardless of limitations.
As a dedicated yoga practitioner I am drawn to simple applications of eastern traditions into modern daily living.
